- Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- The house may be used only by guests declared at the time of booking (maximum 12 persons).
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and furnishings caused during their stay. Please report any damage or faults to the Owner. (tel. +48 696 092 008)
- The Owner is not responsible for any personal belongings or money left in the house. Responsibility for personal items lies with the guest. The interior of the house is not monitored.
- When leaving the house, please remember to turn off electrical devices and close all doors and windows.
- We are not responsible for any interruptions in water or electricity supply caused by external providers.
- The stay does not include insurance for guests. The Owner is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage to property.
- The Owner is not responsible for supervising guests, including minors. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children. Due to the sloped terrain around the house, children must be under constant supervision.
- Free, unguarded parking is available for guests (maximum 4 cars).
- The property is monitored externally.
- Please follow safety rules when using the grill, fireplace, or fire pit. Always fully extinguish the fire after use.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are required to sort waste. Due to the ecological sewage treatment system, only eco-friendly cleaning products provided in the house may be used.
- Guests are required to maintain cleanliness. Upon check-out, kitchen equipment and dishes must be washed.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- In case of serious disturbance of quiet hours or neighborhood relations, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.
- If police intervention is required, the Owner may immediately terminate the stay without refund. The Owner does not cover any costs related to police intervention.
- The Owner may terminate the agreement immediately without refund in case of serious violation of the house rules.
MINI SPA HOUSE RULES
General provisions
These rules define the use of the Mini Spa house and its facilities.Making a reservation means acceptance of these rules.The Mini Spa is intended for recreational use only.
Responsibility and safety
Children may use the spa, sauna, and jacuzzi only under constant adult supervision.The Owner is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use or failure to follow the rules.Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage caused.
Jacuzzi rules
Use of the jacuzzi is at your own risk. Persons with health conditions should consult a doctor before use.
The jacuzzi is intended for a maximum of 6 persons at the same time.
Entering with makeup or body covered with creams, oils, or cosmetics is not allowed, as it permanently affects water quality.
Showering before entering the jacuzzi is required.
It is forbidden to:
bring glass, food, drinks, or any items that may contaminate the water or damage the jacuzzi,
add any chemicals to the water,
change technical settings of the device (except temperature and lighting).
Using the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
Sauna rules
Use of the sauna is at your own risk. Persons with health conditions should consult a doctor.
Towels must be placed on benches before sitting or lying down.
Only clean water may be used on the heater (unless otherwise agreed).
General rules
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours outside the building are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Guests must maintain order and take care of the property.
Organizing parties without the Owner’s consent is prohibited.
Financial responsibility
In case of damage or excessive dirt, the Owner has the right to charge guests for repairs, cleaning, or service.Any issues must be reported immediately.
Final provisions
The Owner reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in case of serious violation of the rules.These rules apply throughout the entire stay.
Complaints
Any complaints related to the stay at Chata Czego Dusza Pragnie will be handled by the property manager within 14 days from the date of submitting a written complaint by the guest who made the reservation.Complaints should be sent to: a.topolska1@gmail.com
