The check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Only registered guests listed in the reservation (maximum 10 people) may stay in the cabin.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and furnishings caused by their fault. Please report any damage or malfunctions to the Owner. (Tel. +48 696 092 008)
The Owner is not responsible for items or money left in the cabin. Personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility. The interior is not monitored.
When leaving the house, please remember to turn off all electrical appliances and close windows and doors.
We are not responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by external providers.
The payment for your stay does not include guest insurance or injury coverage. The Owner is not liable for unforeseen events, property damage, or accidents.
The Owner does not provide supervision of guests, including minors. Guardians are fully responsible for children throughout the property. Due to the terraced landscape, children must remain under constant adult supervision.
A free unmonitored parking lot is available for guests. Maximum 4 vehicles.
For your safety, external video surveillance is in place around the property.
Please follow safety rules when using the grill, fireplace, or firepit. Always extinguish the fire completely when finished.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are required to separate waste properly. Due to the eco-friendly sewage treatment system, please use only ecological cleaning products provided in the cabin.
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness inside the cabin. Upon check-out, all kitchenware and dishes should be washed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
In the event of severe violations of quiet hours or neighborly relations, the rental agreement may be terminated without refund.
In the event of police intervention, the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental without refund. The guest is responsible for covering the cost of such intervention.
In cases of serious violations of the house rules, the Owner may terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect and no refund.
Any complaints regarding your stay at Czego Dusza Pragnie Cabin will be reviewed by the property manager within 14 days of receiving a written complaint from the person who made the booking.
