RULES FOR USING THE MINI SPA HOUSE

§1. General provisions

These rules define the terms of use of the Mini Spa house and the equipment located therein.

Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these rules.

The house is intended for recreational purposes only.

§2. Responsibility and safety

Children may stay in the house, sauna, and jacuzzi only under the constant supervision of adults.

The owner is not liable for accidents resulting from failure to comply with the rules or improper use of the equipment.

Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the house or its furnishings.

§3. Rules for using the jacuzzi

Use of the jacuzzi is at one’s own risk. Persons with health conditions should consult a doctor before using the jacuzzi.

The jacuzzi is intended for a maximum of 6 persons. Use by a greater number of people at the same time is prohibited.

Entering the jacuzzi while wearing makeup or with the body covered with creams, lotions, oils, or other cosmetics is prohibited, as this causes irreversible deterioration of water quality and requires water replacement.

If water replacement is necessary due to non-compliance with the above rule, Guests will be charged PLN 300.

Guests must shower before entering the jacuzzi.

It is prohibited to:

bring glass, drinks, food, or other items that may contaminate the water or damage the jacuzzi,

add any chemicals to the water,change technical settings of the device, except for water temperature and lighting settings.

Use of the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances is prohibited.

§4. Rules for using the sauna

Use of the sauna is at one’s own risk. Persons with health conditions should consult a doctor before using the sauna.

Towels must be placed on the benches, and guests must sit or lie on the towels.

Pouring any substances other than clean water onto the heater is prohibited (unless agreed otherwise).

§5. House rules

Smoking is prohibited in the house (including e-cigarettes).

Quiet hours outside the building apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guests are obliged to keep the premises tidy and take proper care of the equipment.

Organizing parties without the owner’s consent is prohibited.

§6. Financial liability

In the event of damage or excessive soiling, the owner has the right to charge Guests for repair, cleaning, or service costs.

Any faults or malfunctions must be reported to the owner immediately.

§7. Final provisions

The owner reserves the right to terminate the stay in the event of gross violation of these rules, without refund.

These rules apply for the entire duration of the stay.

We want your time spent in the MiniSpa house to be a moment of complete relaxation and enjoyment.For your comfort, safety, and the well-being of all guests, we kindly ask you to read the short regulations for using the MiniSpa house as well as the operating instructions for the jacuzzi and sauna before using these facilities.Following the guidelines will allow you to enjoy the relaxation area safely and without any issues, ensuring pleasant memories of your stay
