Dishwasher

To use the dishwasher, place a tablet in the designated container, briefly press the POWER button (the first one on the left), and close the dishwasher (click). The dishwasher will start working – the white diode at the bottom of the dishwasher will light up.

The program in the dishwasher is automatically set to 1.5-hour dishwashing.

After completing the work, the dishwasher will automatically open for faster drying.

We use eco-friendly dishwasher tablets, which you can find in the pull-out drawer under the sink.

REGULATIONS

1. The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.

2. Only the persons registered at the time of booking (max. 10 people) are allowed to stay in the cottage.

3. Guests staying in the house are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and appliances caused by their fault. Please report any damage or malfunctions occurring during your stay to the Owner. (Tel.+48 696092008)

4. The owner is not responsible for any items or money left in the house. Responsibility for personal belongings rests with the tenant. The interior of the house is not monitored.

5. Every time you leave the house, please ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off and that doors and windows are closed.

6. We are not responsible for any interruptions in water or electricity supply caused by external providers.

7. The accommodation fee does not include guest insurance or coverage for injuries. The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, property damage, or unfortunate incidents.

8. The Owner is not responsible for the supervision of Guests, including minors. Guardians are responsible for their children throughout the premises. Due to the cascading terrain around the house, children should always remain under the supervision of parents/guardians.

9. Guests have access to a free, unsecured parking area. A maximum of 4 cars are allowed.

10. The exterior of the property is monitored to ensure guest safety.

11. Please follow safety rules when using the grill, lighting a bonfire, or using the fireplace. Always fully extinguish the fire after use.

12. Pets are not allowed.

13. Guests are requested to sort their waste. Due to the ecological wastewater treatment system, only the eco-friendly cleaning products provided in the house should be used.

14. Guests are responsible for keeping the house clean. Upon check-out, kitchen equipment and dishes must be cleaned.

15. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

16. In case of severe violations of quiet hours or neighborly relations, the rental agreement may be terminated by the Owner without a refund.

17. If police intervention is required, the Owner has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement without a refund. The Owner is not responsible for covering the costs of a police intervention.

18. The Owner may immediately terminate the rental agreement without a refund in case of serious non-compliance with the regulations.

Complaints

Any complaints regarding the stay at Chata Czego Dusza Pragnie will be reviewed by the property manager within 14 days from the date of written submission by the Guest who made the reservation. Complaints should be sent to the email address: a.topolska1@gmail.com.

Fireplace User Instructions

The fireplace is intended for recreational purposes and, if necessary, for heating the house.

When using the fireplace, special care should be taken and the most important information presented below should be followed.

Due to the heating of the fireplace and the glass, special care must be taken. Touching the fireplace can result in burns. While the fireplace is burning and until it cools down, children must remain under the close supervision of adults.

Do not use in an open form!
All fireplace doors must remain closed, except for when lighting or adding wood. Caution is recommended during these actions.
Use only dry hardwood for burning.

The roasting of sausages, marshmallows, etc. in the fireplace is prohibited.

ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED MATERIALS FOR BURNING:

- Coniferous wood, campfire wood
- Wet wood, bark waste, or nut shells, etc.
- Chipboard or panel materials, coated or uncoated,
- Paper, cardboard, and old clothes,
- Plastics and foams,
- Wood treated with a protective agent,
- All other solid or liquid materials besides wood,
- Flammable liquids

LIGHTING

To light the fireplace, open the back door, place the prepared kindling and wood for this purpose.

Open the air damper. After lighting the fire in the fireplace, reduce the damper to a minimum or to a level that ensures slow burning of the wood. Leaving the damper open will result in rapid burning of the wood and low heat output.

To add wood to the fire, slightly open the door, wait a moment for the air supply to not cause excessive fire and spark out of the fireplace.

Open the door and add a small amount of wood. Close the door and, if necessary, control the air supply with the damper.

Do not leave a lit fireplace unattended.

If necessary, use the cleaner we have left at your disposal in the vestibule cabinet for cleaning. Due to the properties of such agents, protect your eyes and watch out for the effects of the agents on the floor and the fireplace.

In case of power failure, look at the fuses, if all are in the upper position.

Check the MAIN SWITCH and check if the diodes signal all phases.

Sometimes there may be a power outage from the operator. Here you can check its cause in the TAURON Dystrybucja area.

We are delighted that you have chosen our cabin for your getaway.

Chata Czego Dusza Pragnie is our dream come true, and we are excited to share it with you. We have designed it with comfort and functionality in mind to ensure a relaxing stay.

Wood is a living material that "works" over time, which is why you may notice slight irregularities and natural imperfections. We believe these add to its charm, and we hope you will appreciate this unique atmosphere.

Some of our plans are still in progress – soon, we will open a mini-SPA with a sauna and a hot tub in the smaller building, and a mini entertainment center will be created in the attic. We hope you enjoy your stay and will return to experience all the planned attractions!
