REGULATIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY
Regulations of the Cottage WHAT THE SOUL DESIRES
The regulations define the rules of stay and the conditions under which reservations can be made at the Cottage WHAT THE SOUL DESIRES, located at Zachełmie 34e, 58-562 Zachełmie.
The Cottage WHAT THE SOUL DESIRES is managed byAnna Topolska, Małachowo Złych Miejsc 64, 62-230 Witkowo,
NIP 7842166986, REGON 634511586.
The regulations apply to all persons making reservations or staying on the premises
There is an absolutePROHIBITION OF SMOKING tobacco inside the house and on the wooden terraces and porch. Violation of this prohibition will result in a charge of 2000 PLN for professional ozonation of the property. The house is equipped with smoke detectors.
Due to the wooden structure of the cottages, fire safety rules must be observed. Open flames must not be left unattended, and electric heating devices not provided with the cottage must not be used. The cottage is equipped with a fire extinguisher.
RESERVATIONS
The Cottage WHAT THE SOUL DESIRES accepts reservations made through:
1. an automated reservation system on the property's website, available at www.czegoduszapragnie.pl,
2. submitting a reservation inquiry via the form available at www.czegoduszapragnie.pl or by email at a.topolska1@gmail.com
3. making a reservation by phone at 696092008
After making a reservation, the Guest will receive a confirmation email with a link for payment.
The reservation is confirmed by a payment of 100% of the stay's value to the account within 2 working days of making the reservation.
After this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation of an existing reservation can be done through the PAYMENT button, and then CANCEL RESERVATION in the message that the Guest received after making the reservation.
Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, the amount for the reservation will not be refunded.
1. The hotel day begins at16:00 and ends at 10:00.
2. Only persons registered at the time of reservation may use the Cottage (max 10 people).
3. Guests staying in the house are materially responsible for any damage or destruction of furnishings and equipment caused by their fault. Please report any damage and defects that occur during the use of the cottage to the Owner. (tel. 696092008)
4. The landlord is not responsible for items and money left in the cottage. Responsibility for personal items rests with the person renting the house. The inside of the house is not monitored.
5. Each time when leaving the house, please remember to turn off electrical devices and close doors and windows.
6. We are not responsible for any interruptions from water or electricity suppliers.
7. Payment for the stay does not include insurance for guests and injuries sustained. The owner is not liable for random events, property damage, or accidents.
8. The landlord is not responsible for the care of Guests, including minors. Guardians are responsible for their children throughout the property. Due to the sloped terrain around the house, children should remain under constant supervision by parents/guardians.
9. Guests have access to free unguarded parking. A maximum of 4 cars can use it.
10. The property is monitored outside to ensure the safety of Guests.
11. We remind you to observe safety rules during grilling, lighting bonfires, and using the fireplace. After each activity, please ensure that the fire is completely extinguished.
12. Staying with pets is not allowed.
13. Guests are requested to sort their waste. Due to the ecological sewage treatment plant, only ecological cleaning agents provided in the house should be used.
14. Guests are required to keep the house clean. Upon check-out, kitchen appliances and dishes should be washed.
15. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00.
16. In the case of gross violations of quiet hours and neighborly relations, the landlord may terminate the agreement without refund.
17. In the event of police intervention, the landlord may immediately terminate the agreement without refund. The property owner does not bear the costs of police intervention.
18. The landlord may terminate the agreement with immediate effect without refund in the case of grossnon-compliance with the regulations.
Complaints
Any complaints related to the provision of services at the Chat Where the Soul Desires will be handled by the property manager within 14 days from the date of submission of a written complaint by the Guest who made the reservation. Complaints should be reported to a.topolska1@gmail.com.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of May 4, 2016, p. 1 – "GDPR"), we inform you that the administrator of your personal data is the manager of the property, Chat Where the Soul Desires, Anna Topolska, conducting business activity under the name Anna Topolska, Małachowo Złych Miejsc 64, 62-230 Witkowo, NIP 7842166986, REGON 634511586. § 1 Personal Data
The collected data is processed for the purpose of handling reservations, carrying out marketing activities, assessing customer satisfaction, ensuring the security of property (video monitoring - parking area), communicating with Guests of the property, establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
As part of the reservation and reservation handling, the following data is collected:
The User has the right to: access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - PUODO, if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
